Hi..

I just want to know if this sentence is right.
(What a days!!) or (what day!)

i mean by that...if i got a nice week in the past and i just remember it.

Cheers.

What a day!

Hi and welcome to the forums.

What a day!
What a week!

NOT: What day and NOT: What a days.

Thanks for replying guys, but (what a day) is (a day) refering to just one day or more than one? becouse i want more than one

Thanks

Oh, sorry. I misunderstood your question.

Then you can say, as Barb said, "What a week!"

"What a days" is wrong grammatically. "Days" is a plural form, so you can't use "a" with it.

"What days" would be a grammatical version, but I don't think anyone would exclaim, "What days!" You could find something like, "What days of freedom and passion those were!" in some older books, but we don't usually say such things.

I may be wrong though. Please correct me.

I am not a teacher.

Birdeen's call is correct---"What days!" is impossible.

Thanks guys..I appreciate your helps :-D

What a time we had of it! (A difficult time)
What a great time we had!
It was such an amazing time!

sowhat.
Maybe this conversational English which would all sound natural to me might help.

"Do you remember when we worked together on that magazine a few months back?"
"I sure do, what great days! .. what good times! .. the best times! .. what a great time that was! .. those were good days!"
.. or simply:
"Yep, good times!"
