Hello.

What is the name of this construction?

''I saw her dancing'' and ''I saw her dance''.
 
Those are two different constructions. I represent them like this:

see somebody doing something
see somebody do something


Another way to note these patterns is:

see + object + -ing
see + object + infinitive
 
It doesn't have a particular name?

No. Contrary to what several learners on this forum seem to think, grammatical structures don't tend to have names. (Some do.)

I mean, you can describe them using grammatical terminology, or you can simplify patterns (as I've done in two different ways in post #2).
