1) I told her online I liked her. I thought that if she felt the same way she would suggest we meet up, but she told me she wasn’t interested in starting a relationship with anyone.

2) I told her I was actually romantically interested in her and wondered if we could go on a date, but she made it clear she didn’t want to pursue anything romantic.

Are both of the sentences natural? I wrote them to sum up the following idea.

Context: I met a woman online because I run English and Cantonese clubs, and she joined both. We chatted for about two weeks, and during that time, she mentioned twice that we should meet up. I hesitated because I was worried she might not want a relationship after we met in person. I began to like her during that time but I wasn't sure if she was the same. Also, since she replied to messages very slowly, the waiting was frustrating. So I decided to tell her I liked her. Then she turned me down.

1. You wrote three sentences in total (there are two sentences in your first example) so you can't ask if "both" sentences are natural.

2. I'm confused by your explanation of the situation, specifically the sentence "I hesitated because I was worried she might not want a relationship after we met in person". This woman only said she wanted to meet up with you in person. What's that got to do with entering into a relationship with her? Just wanting to meet you in person doesn't suggest she wanted a relationship or thought for one second that you would think in terms of a relationship.
