My friend told me that he wanted to change his job because he felt stressed out. He needed to work 14 hours per day and he never had a break. He said "I want to find an easier-done job". I know what he means, he wants a job which is less stressful and he can have more time to relax and stay with friends and families. How can I express the idea naturally?
