My office colleague old me that he had a big house but later on I came to know that "I was lied to".

Is it correct to say "I was lied to"?

See above. I agree with 5jj that we'd usually go with the active form.

If the part about being misinformed were in the passive, the part about being lied to would be natural in the passive:

I was told he had a big house but came to find I had been lied to about that.
With that variation, however, the hearer or reader would assume that the one who told you "he" had a big house was not "him."
