[Grammar] I will make history or a history or the history.

Are the following sentences correct?
1. I will make history.
2. I will make a history.
3. I will make the history.
I would like to ask one more thing. If a noun is countable, can I write without the definite article "the" before it like: you can cut the cake without using knife.

It has to be "a knife" and I would go with number 1.

To make history is an expression meaning "to achieve something which will be remembered in future history books".
