1. I would love to be like him.

2. I would love to be having my son singing in my birthday party.

If I add these two sentences, can I say like this : "I would love to be like him, having my son singing in my birthday party". Or how can I add those sentences and make a new one which sounds natural?

You want to combine the sentences, not "add" them. Sentence two is unnatural, but your combined sentence is, I think, possible. It's not great, and some other members may disagree.

I think it's fine.

(As long as you change in to at.)
