Can I use "disservice" this way. Is this correct and natural?

If you haven't seen 12 Angry Men, you're doing yourself a massive disservice by missing out on such a masterpiece.
 
It would be natural for some people.
 
An expression that's often used is "you don't know what you're missing". For example: "If you haven't seen "12 Angry Men" you don't know what you're missing." (You might say it's used both literally and figuratively.)
