Please, explain me. Why the to particle is used in this sentence:
You can improve your listening skills greatly if you start listening to something in English much more.

I'm talking about a piece of software called "English Grammar - 5555 Tests", which I downloaded from the Play Market for my Android tablet. In Russian, the word for software sounds like "programma".

Note my corrections above. "Software" is uncountable so you can't say "a software".

You must stop using two commas instead of quotation marks.
