I'm not sure in 'in all/most cases of my life' is a natural thing to say? If it isn't, is there any other way to express it more naturally?

No, it's not right at all. Tell us what you mean. Those two examples seem very different.

Even if you rewrite them in some way, I'm pretty sure "cases" isn't the word you need.

From school to my professional life, I started everything late but has been successful than most of my peers.

2) "God has always helped me in all/most cases of my life."
It's related to '1.' Since even after starting late I succeeded in everything, I feel like I'm blessed.

I'd like to know if there's any other way to say it. Does 'at every stage of my life' sound better?

Most things would sound better than "all/most cases of my life" - "cases" is quite simply the wrong word.
Yes, "every stage of my life" would be much better but I'd say "I've been a late bloomer".
