Hi, I am writing a MC script and thinking of a polite way to ask the guest on the stage to get back to their seats.
Shall I say "shall all of the guest kindly leave the stage and be seated?"
or you may have any other suggestions?

You mean 'guests', not 'guest'.

Your own version is fine. There are many alternatives. Here's one:

'At this point, perhaps the guests on the stage would kindly return to their seats. Thank you.'
