[General] in indigenous terms

When I was filling in the education background at https://www.lsac.org/, I came across this.

“Name of certificate, degree, or exam awarded in indigenous terms”, as shown at the bottom of the screenshot I have uploaded.

I find the part in bold confusing. What does it really mean?

It's a poorly written way to ask for the name of the certificate in the language of the institution that awarded it or a literal translation. Here "indigenous" means "as used in the institution's country".
