"I wish I had more free time so I could do all my work in short terms. Sometimes I find happiness in insignificant things of life. What really makes me happy are my beloved work and stable relationships with my colleagues."

Are the underlined parts natural? Should it be "do all my work short term"?
It is an answer to the question "What should be done to impove my life and what makes me happy?"

No to the first three. The fourth is OK.

No. I don't know what you mean by either version! Do you mean you would like to take short-term contracts (a few months) and then not work in between them?

You don't need "of life". You simply find happiness in insignificant things.

"Beloved" doesn't collocate well with "work". You don't really need an adjective at all. You've already said your job makes you happy.

It is an answer to the question "What should be done to improve my life and what makes me happy?"
Where did you find that question? It's not very well worded.

No, I mean I wish I could do all my work short term or in short terms as in more quickly. Is either used in this meaning?

I did a few questions on different sites. I think it was in ESL questions.

No. It's meaningless. You need to just say that you wish you could get your work done more quickly so you would have more free time.

That doesn't answer the question. In future, please remember to make a note of the full source information.

What I get is that you wish you could finish your work quicker. I'm not sure if that's what you mean though.

You seem to be making up phrases then trying them out to see if they work.

You are right!

Sorry, I will try to write more clearly next time.

"I wish I had more free time so I could do all my work in short terms. ❌ Sometimes I find happiness in (the) insignificant things of life.✅ What really makes me happy are my beloved work ❌and stable relationships✅ with my colleagues."
Some are okay, others not. I'd probably add the indicated definite article, but I can't say it's wrong without it.
