In order to make sure that USP GC column is satisfactory, our customer wants to carry out tests either of GC columns SE-54 in accordance with ISO 12228-1:2014 Determination of individual and total sterols contents - Gas chromatographic method — Part 1: Animal and vegetable fats and oils.

What USP GC column would you recommend for that?

Can we propose a column "A" in such case?
