Is gone or Has gone?

Hello pals,
I often see people write or say such things:
He is gone.
The meaning, he left and they don't know when or even if he will come back or not.

I also read such things:
My pain has gone.
After the love has gone.
The first can be said for example when your tooth doesn't pain anymore.
The second is a song's name.

Does that all mean that we can't say:
He has gone.
My pain is gone.
After the love is gone.
:?:
I believe "has gone" can be used because it's the 3rd form of "go".
(He has gone to the cinema 3 times today.)
But I have no idea about the other two sentences.

I believe "has gone" can be used because it's the 3rd form of "go".
(He has gone to the cinema 3 times today.) This is incorrect, "He has been to the cinema three times today" is correct. "He has gone to the cinema" means he is not here ,he is either at the cinema or on his way there.
But I have no idea about the other two sentences.
