Is it natural to use expression "What's/How is it going on your team's project?"

If there is a somebody in the department who have been preparing for he or her team's project, Is it natural to ask to that person like "How is it going on your team's project?" or "What's going on your team's project?"

"How's it going on your project" is OK.

More natural is "How's your project going?"
