Is the sentence " I am commited to You" grammatically correct?

I really need to know if the sentence "I am commited to You" is correct grammatically since I realized that 'commit' is a transitive verb.
Or should I just change the sentence to "I commit my life to You".

Please kindly assist.

"Commit" is also an intransitive verb.

There is no reason to capitalise you in this context.
