Chris told he feels stressed these days and he wants to take a rest but he didn't have an idea where to go and what to do. I asked him a question "Is there a place that relaxes you and makes you happy?" Then he told me one.

Is my question natural?

I think "a place that relaxes you" is not natural. I would say "a place you find relaxing".

Either way seems okay to me. You could also say:

- Is there a place you like to relax?

- Is there somewhere you like to go to relax?

- Is there anywhere you like relaxing?
