Hey fellas, I wanted to know whether the following statement is correct or not?
& If yes, then what does it mean?

"I Envy You!"

& what does Envy mean?

It's a correct sentence but "envy" and "you" shouldn't be capitalized unless it's a title. Have you looked "envy" up in a dictionary?

& secondly, yes! I've searched for the meaning of envy in the dictionary, but there were many different meanings related to this word, so just wanted to confirm which of the meaning will be suitable over here?

We don't know if it will be suitable until you tell us which meaning you have in mind. Although, to be truthful, I don't know very many meanings for "envy."
