Hi,
I am quite confused about the pattern "is to verb".
Example:
What I have to do every day is to pick up my kid from school
Is the "to" omittable?
--> What I have to do every day is pick up my kid from school.

There are times when you can include it or omit it with no difference.

Your sentence is better simply as "I have to pick up my kid from school every day."
