B: Yes, it is.

(A) to have
(B) having
(C) have
(D) to having

(midterm exam at a junior high school in Taiwan)

The answer is option A. Is option B acceptable to native speakers?

It's fine in the US.

I imagine it is in the UK, too, but let's let one of them tell you for sure.
