No.

I have, unfortunately no idea what you are trying to ask, so I cannot correct it.

Is it OK to buy a SIM card?
Can I buy a SIM card?
???

Hi, Paulys. Could please try to explain again what you wanted to ask? I didn't understand your question. :-(

Hey man,
I don't know what me happening but I can't ask questions in English and write something.... I can go anywhere and I will understand but I can't ask the questions.
F*** that life. Why I didn't burn as normal English speaker???:-:)-:)-:)-( (Dear god, please answer to that question)

I wanted to ask "Can I here purchase a sim card?"

I understand now, thank you. Your question would be better this way:

Can I purchase a SIM card here?

You can also use "buy" instead of "purchase":

Can I buy a SIM card here?

The verbs "buy" and "purchase" mean the same here but "buy" is much more common. Maybe because it's shorter.

You were born Lithuanian instead, so native English speakers can be jealous of your Lithuanian! I would like to learn Lithuanian one day personally. You are doing very well for a person who began learning recently. :)

Believe me, that native English speakers don't care other languages e.g. "Lithuania or Polish etc..." If you can speak and understand in English fluently you can go to anywhere e.g. "GO TO N.Y.C BROOKLYN and start rapping with Jay Z or other black man. ;DDDDD" I hope that one day I will be in USA
Besides, I have started learn English about two years ago, but I seriously learning English about nine months
LIFE GOES ON!

None of them? Plenty of English speakers do speak other languages, though it is true that the universality of English makes it easy not to.
