Is my text good or does it need improvement?

It is getting a bit warmer and sunnier and the birds have started singing and flying around all over the place. Looks like spring is about to come soon. It feels so good after the gray and depressing winter.

Around and all over the place are redundant. Omitting the subject pronoun from the second sentence is casual usage which wouldn't be suitable in formal contexts, but it feels okay here. Soon is redundant; write either "spring is about to come" or "spring is going to come soon."

With appropriate changes based on my suggestions, the passage is okay.

What do you mean with "redundant"? Should I only use one of them or none of them?
