Is it possible to say like sentence 2? -
 
Not incorrect, but seldom if ever used.

No, it is not possible. It is not grammatical.

"To make someone do something" uses the bare infinitive.
 
:up: You may come across it in older texts though - and in poetry (which tends to use archaic forms either when it suits the metre or when the poem itself is old).
