Talking to my mentor makes me feel accompanied.

Is this sentence natural? I remember I didn't have many friends when I was in university. I often talked to my mentor.

Given that you're talking about the past (when you were at university), you needed the past tense in the main sentence.
"Accompanied" doesn't work in your context at all. Also, people don't "feel accompanied".

You could also be much clearer and say "I didn't have many friends at university but talking to my mentor made me feel like I had at least one close personal connection".
