I was talking to a group of friends but suddenly I wanted to use the toilet. Since they were still talking and I wanted them to keep talking but I had to leave, I said to them “You guys keeping talking. I need to use the toilet.” Is it natural to say it?

With my change, it's grammatically correct. There's always a debate on here as to what "natural" means but, to me, that's not a natural thing to say. You don't have to give your friends permission to keep talking while you go to the loo! What's the alternative? They sit there in complete silence until you come back? That's not realistic. Simply excuse yourself - you don't even need to tell them what you're going to do!

Much appreciated. So, I can simply said “Excuse me, I’ll leave”?

That's not natural either. Try "I'll be back in a couple of minutes" or "Excuse me. I'll be back shortly". The main point is that you don't actually need to say anything like "I'm leaving" (and definitely not "I'll leave"). You'd say "I'm leaving" when you've had enough and you want to go home!

In real life, in the UK at least, we don't bother saying anything when we're just heading to the loo. We just get up and leave the table (I'm assuming we're talking about a get-together in a public place). I was in a pub last night, doing a pub quiz, and I left my friends at the table three times - twice to get a drink and once to use the toilet. I made no comment at all before getting up from my chair.
