Hi teachers,

It doesn't make any difference to me. Correct?
It makes no difference to me. Correct?
It makes no odds to me. Is it correct? I think it's not.

They are all correct.
 
We use "It makes no odds ..." in BrE a lot. Did you try Googling it? When I Googled "to make no odds", I got lots of hits. Here is just one of them.
 
In AmE, the third would be unusual
