I would like to know if "I've been studying all day" and "I've studied" mean the same thing? And tomorrow,could I say : " I had been studying all day" ?

I would like to know if "I've been studying all day" and "I've studied all day" mean the same thing? In general, yes. And tomorrow,could I say : " I had been studying all day" ? You could, but I would expect some reference to another past action. Why not simply, "I studied all day"?

Please note that we do not use spaces before question marks.

In your sentence, you need "have", not "had".

I should have said "another action", not necessarily "past". Your example is OK.

I had been studying all day when I fell asleep at my desk.

I had been studying all day - that's why I was so tired in the evening.

Your example doesn't work because you related the "I had been ... " action to a present fact, "I'm still tired".

It needs to be related to another past action etc.
