Hello. The sentences below are from a children's story.
I can't follow the underlined part. Why dis Maggie call Anke Tischoo or Ah, Tischoo?

We'e got a new girl at school Maggie.
As soon as she heard my name(the girl's name is 'Anke'),
Maggie said: 'Hiya, Tishoo.'
When everyone stared, she said: 'That'll have to do, because I've dropped me 'Ankie.' Now she calls me Tishoo all the time. I don't mind except in themornings when she yells out across the yard: 'Ah, Tishoo!"

The only thing I can guess is
I've dropped my handkerchief
I've dropped my hankie
I've dropped me hankie
I've dropped me 'ankie

It's called a "play on words." She is continuing to play along with the hankie theme.

Tissue

or

Achoo (a sneeze)
