I've got exams at school tomorrow.
Is this sentence grammatically correct?

It's OK. What made you think it might not be?

Can we use "tomorrow" to express present perfect tense?
Thanks.

Thanks.

The "present perfect" describes one of the tenses used to express the past. However, "I have got" is the present simple, a version of "I have". We use the present simple to express the future and that is what has happened in your sentence.
