"Mary is a singer, her singing teacher has organised a show where she has to sing. The show is going to end late (at 2 AM). It is a late ending show so she asks her mother whether she will come there to take her home."

Please check.

Your original is somewhat awkward with all those repetitions of variations of "sing" - singer, singing, sing. I would say:

Mary's singing teacher has arranged for her to give a performance. The show is going to finish at 2am so Mary has asked her mother if she can pick her up afterwards.

Mary's mother doesn't have a car. She will go on foot and walk her home. Do we still need to use the word "pick"?

"Pick her up" doesn't really work in that case (although if Mary said to her mother "Can you pick me up afterwards?", it would be clear what she meant because they both know she doesn't have a car). I would say "... so Mary has asked her mother if she can walk her home afterwards".

Then you can say, "so she asks her mother if she can collect her" instead.

Like "could you please collect me after the show."

Like "Could you please collect me after the show?"

With the correct capitalisation and punctuation (shown above in red), that would be correct.

Can we also say "Mary will be collected by her mom after her school or performance and will be walked home?""walk home" means they will go on foot but if they are using any means of transport like bus, auto, metro etc, then what will we say?

The passive form is clunky.

Mary's mother will meet her after the/her performance, and they will go home by bus.

If her mother has a car, them Mary's mother will say "I will pick you up after the show."

If she doesn't have a car, then she will say "I will collect you from there after the show."

If they have to use public transport, then also she will say "I will collect you after the show?"

She wouldn't say "I will collect you after the show?"
