Is this sentence all right?

I am free to meet with you for lunch after January 10th and I am available on January 13 or 14.

not a teacher
The sentence does not make sense.
According to the second part, the person is not available on Jan 11 & 12. Yet he/she is free to meet for lunch (after Jan 10).
