Make it a condition

Please, would you correct my mistakes in the following sentences. I wanted to know if I can use "make it a condition" in these kinds of sentences.

1. The company made it a condition of his contract that he works even on Saturdays.
2. The old man made it a condition of his will that his children do not sell the house after his death.
3. The President made it a condition that he resigned if he would not be prosecuted.
 
Please, could a teacher correct my mistakes in my post above.
 
I am not a teacher, but I guess the 3rd sentence can be changed to
"The President agreed to resign on condition that he would not be prosecuted."

That's very unlikely.
I think he recognizes the username. I do, at least.
Bassim, who writes good English (as in here), has been a member of UsingEnglish for quite a long time.
