Hi everyone,
I have a sentence:
"We'll never make the airport in time. The traffic's too bad!"
I always say: "make it to the airport" That's why I'm baffled by this one. The example was taken from The New Headway.
I would expect the sentence to sound like this:
"We'll never make it to the airport in time."
Please correct if I am wrong.
