1.) Is this a good way to say the advantages of tourism OUTWEIGH the disadvantages

Tourists may commit petty crimes or disrespect the religion of locals, but the fact that international tourism increases the income of countries and exposes people to various cultures MAKES it ADVANTAGEOUS OVERALL.

2.) Please I think international tourism and tourism have exactly the same meaning. Am I right?

3.) Also, I think the correct verb form is makes, not make

Thanks in advance

Tourists may commit petty crimes or disrespect the religion of locals, but the fact that international tourism increases the income of countries and exposes people to various cultures makes it advantageous overall. (There was no need for capital letters in this sentence.)

1. Please I think "international tourism" and "tourism" have exactly the same meaning. Am I right?
2. Also, I think the correct verb form is "makes", not "make".

I have no idea why you numbered them 2 and 3. There was no question 1! I renumbered them.

1. No.
2. Did someone suggest to you that it should be "make"?

Thanks. I have renumbered it. The first question is " Is this a good way to say the advantages of tourism OUTWEIGH the disadvantages"

Under the revised numbering system, I'd say the answer to 1) is yes.

2. Although domestic tourists do not bring in foreign exchange, surely they benefit the economy in other ways.

3. To me both make and makes are acceptable.
