I'd say "Karachiite". (Rhymes with "Shiite")Q. My city name is Karachi. What do you call the residents of this city, either Karachities, Karachean or something else? What is the rule in English in this respect?

And what are the people called who live in flats (irrespective of tenancy or land lordship)?
