Is the form of "Do you"s correct?

========================
He asked me many "Do you"s and I was bored because I am not a walking encyclopedia.

Source: English speaking practice by me.

Note: Examples for many "Do you"s:

Do you know who invented modern mathematics?
Do you know what is quantum entanglement?
Do you know the secret of David Copperfield's flying without any equipment?

Yes, if you want to pluralize a quoted phrase.

"He asked me many "Do you know" questions, and I was bored because I am not a walking encyclopedia."

My advice (the advice on the page I linked to) was to move the plural to somewhere else in the sentence.
