I have never seen "no" followed by a verb as in sentence three. My intuition tells me that it used because it collocates with the verb "get".

Sentence 1 is wrong as it is without a verb.
"Exercise" is not a verb in Sentence 3. It is a noun modified by "no". The verb is "get".
