2. Most of the people love these songs. - correct
3. Most of Japanese people love these songs. - ?
4. Most of the Japanese people love these songs. - correct

1 is wrong, 2 and 4 are grammatical, but I'm not sure about 3.
Should it be "Most of the Japanese people love these songs."?

As you say, 1 is wrong, 2 and 4 are grammatical, and 3 should be "Most of the​ Japanese people love these songs".

Better still would be

'Most people love these songs.'

'Most Japanese people love these songs.'
