If I asked one question and some people have answered it, and then I continued to ask another question.

Should I say "My another question is..." or "My other question is...?"

No, that's wrong.

or "My other question is...?"

That's fine.

You could also say 'My second question is ...'

So,

1. My other question is...👍

2. My other questions are....👍

3. My other two questions are...👍

4. My another question is...👇(wrong)

5. My another two questions are...(n) (wrong)

Is that correct?

You could say, "I have another question." That is, you could say that if you insist on using "another".

Another = an (article, means "one") + other. You use an indefinite article with singular countable nouns only (I have a question. - I have one question. - I have "one other" question). However you don't use any article before a noun which comes after a possessive pronoun (e. g. My question is... - My other question is...).
Hope this helps.

(I am a non-native English-speaking teacher.)

To make this grammatical, you could say "Another question of mine is . . ." or "Another question I have is . . . ."
Or "my next question is".

When you say "my other question is...", it means that you have only two questions to ask.
