I know that pubic hair are the hair near the genital organs.
What about the armpit hair? What do you call them?
Also, what's the difference between "armpit" and "underarm"?

Note my changes above. In this context, "hair" is uncountable so it takes a singular verb and pronoun. In this context, you could have used the countable "hairs" but you'd have needed to make both instances of "hair" plural to make it work.
Also, what's the difference between "armpit" and "underarm"?
In this context, nothing. Some people call it underarm hair and some call it armpit hair. I'd say the former is more common in BrE.
However, if we were using the adjective "hairy", it's actually more common to hear "hairy armpits" than "hairy underarms". I'd say the latter is almost never used.

Also, what's the difference between "armpit" and "underarm"?
The first is a compound of two Anglo-Saxon words.
The second defined a way to throw a ball, but was later used by advertising people in the US because it sounded better when they created a market for female shaving in the early twentieth century.

Hi @emsr2d2,
Can I ask why you changed "genital organs" to "genitals" in my post?
WR Dictionary uses "genital organs" in the definition (bolded) of "pubic" (adjective).

of, relating to, or situated near the genital organs:
pubic hair.

I was simply trying to make it more natural in everyday English. While I'm sure the two-word term is common in medical parlance, most native speakers, if they needed to use the term at all, would just use the one word.

I agree. I've never heard anything but genitals in day to day English conversations.
Well, when we weren't using slang - That's far more common.

Is there any single term in English to refer to both armpit hair and pubic hair?

Is there such a word in Urdu? Are you looking for a similar word in English?

If you're looking for a general word for hair that isn't on the head, you can use body hair.
