Hello everyone,
From the preface to the book Psychology of Hope by Charles Snyder.
Fourth, as a seasoned people watcher, I have observed people in a variety of places over the years. The various names and specifics of these people have been changed to make the identification of any individuals impossible... Lastly, there are descriptions of a few people whom I identify by name. These are public figures whose words and deeds are a matter of record; others are people I have known personally and can be identified.
Does "whom I identify by name" mean that the author uses the real names of these people (calls these people by their real names) in the book?
