[Grammar] next time Vs THE next time

Hi,

Could someone provide me with the difference between next time and the next time please?
Here is an example I have doubts with:
We would like to provide you with some specific recommendation regarding your company's current situation ______ you register for our conflict resolution workshop.
Which one of the two should be used to fill in the blank?
