I have a document that I do not use it anymore because i have terminated the account, or the details are not relevant anymore.

I wish to label it as "no longer in use" is that correct?
Or is "no longer using" correct?
Or is "not in use" correct?

Thanks

I would go for either "Not in use" or "No longer in use" or even "No longer required". Is there some reason why you can't just delete the document if you don't need it any more?

I want to keep the document for future reference purpose.

I suggest the word "defunct".

My native language is the same as yours - Chinese.

:-(. People who use words like that in that sort of context are generally more interested in showing off than in communicating.

I hope that I can have something to show off, but I don't have.

'Defunct' is not a word that collocates naturally with 'document'.

Is the word "disused" better?

No, it isn't. ems has already given the most likely suggestions.
