Is there any difference of meaning or degree of grammaticality between these two sentences given below?

(1) No matter what you say, I won't change my mind.
(2) No matter what you will say, I won't change my mind.

I googled these sentences and have about 36,100,000 examples for (1) and about 19,400,000 examples for (2). (1) seems to be more common.

(1) is saying a habitual behavior.
(2) is saying one occasion.

Note I am niether an English teacher, nor an English speaker. I may be wrong.

Native speakers don't normally insert will.

Using google is not a reliable guide to the acceptability of language.

Ain't is not acceptable in written English, but you will get 250 million hits for it.
