Please, would you tell me if these sentences are correct:

1. His father gave her his flat on condition that she live there.
2. His father will give her his flat on condition that she lives there.
3.They lent him money on condition that he pay it back within two months.
4. He agreed to drive her to the town on condition that she pay for petrol
5. He agrees to drive her to the town on condition that she pays for petrol.

Please, would someone help me with these sentences.

They are all grammatically correct.

They're decontextualised, so you could create a context for the present tense in number five (a commentary, for instance, or a plot summary), but why are you using it?

Hello Tdol,

I have used these sentences simply as a kind of exercises to see if I am using "on condition that" properly.
