I have to use this book and write essays according to the book's instructions. I have to use it as one of the textbooks. I was advised against using it and I do remember that but you have to stick to the rules. Aren't opinion essay prompts usually used as questions? Here are some opinion essay prompts from this book:
It is necessary to get the flu vaccine, stress may be useful for you, money can buy you happiness, positive attitude defines your happiness and success, although you can read any book online people will still go to the library in future, the earth is being harmed by humans' activities, never give up and keep trying for your goals.
Shoudn't they be used as questions and in an opinion essay should I always agree to the prompt?
From Reading Comprehension and Basic Writing Skills Theona Baiashvili Maia Meladze.

I think you mean to say:

I don't know what you mean by "used" here.

Were you assigned to write some essays?

What do you mean? Who's making you write essays? Aren't you a teacher?
I have to take an English exam.

I am.I teach Russian.

Yes, I mentioned that in one of my questions in the Writing and Editing topics.

We can't be expected to remember details from previous posts. We deal with dozens of posts and members every day. Please include all relevant information every time you start a new thread.

I have to take an English exam.

If you can tell us who wrote the essay question and who's going to mark it, we might be able to identify exactly what kind of essay you have to write and thus be more helpful in our advice.

I wrote that. It is from the book Reading Comprehension and Basic Writing Skills by Theona Baiashvili Maia Meladze. I don't know who is going to mark it. I am practising for the exam.

Of course. Sorry.

Both of those things can't be true. Either you wrote (made up) the essay question yourself or you took it from a book.

How will you know how well you've done if no one marks it? Are you studying at formal classes or alone at home?

I was enquiring about the writer and assessor of the essay that you will do as part of your exam. I wasn't asking who wrote the book you're practising from.

It seems to me that you're not quite sure what kind of essay you have to write, how long it has to be, or what the prompt is going to look like. This is what I'm trying to determine.

Sorry, what can't be true? I was asked about who wrote the essay questions in post #7 and I answered that. When I said "I wrote that" I meant I wrote about the book's author and the title. Why can't it be true? Why would I be lying about that? These are the screenshots from the book. All the prompts I wrote are from the book which I mentioned in post #1. If I had made them up, I would have mentioned that.

To prepare for the exam candidates have to use one of the recommended books by the local college staff and study for the exam. I am studying independently.

Students have no idea who the assessors are. The writers of the essays are the authors I mentioned in post #1.

Why does it seem to you so? The book says what kind of essays students have to write. Only opinion essays.
