Our English club has an online group and the top number of a group (the maximum number of people a group can have) is 500. Now we have 500 people. Someone wanted to join the group so I told him "Sorry, our group is full". I wonder if it's natural to mean "Sorry, our group has already reached the maximum number of people". I think it's wrong.
