Hi guys,

Please check "Are you calling for the date of service prior to 04/10/13 or after 04/10/13".

There is a vital punctuation mark missing from inside your quotation marks. The sentence starts "Are you ..." so what type of sentence is it?

What is the mistake. What I need to do. Sorry didn't get you.

What I need to amend. Sorry dodn't get you.

You have made the same punctuation mistake in both of your subsequent posts.

What is the mistake? What do I need to do? Sorry, I didn't get you.

He's helping you figure it out. Here's another hint: What is the punctuation mark you forgot in your two questions above?

You need a question mark.

Note that 4/10 is April 10 for me but October 4 for others.

Charlie, one of the other moderators has made this point to you at least three times. If =O] or =O are meant to be emoticons, please stop using them. We have a good set of emoticons which can be accessed by clicking the :) button in the toolbar. Thanks.
