Hi,

A document mentioned a solution for customer retention, below is one of the method:

Profile analysis to predict customer churn

If I use the dictionary to explain the "Customer Churn", it would be "Customer who stop buying the company products". But it sounds not natural.

How to explain the meaning of the "customer churn" in the above context naturally?

I guess that the person analyses profiles to see the likelihood of losing customers.
